I'm Matthew Sewell — REALTOR, Investment Strategist, and founder of Informi Technologies. I got into real estate because I love people and I love solving problems. Twelve years later, that hasn't changed.

I'm also the host of "What's Good in the Neighborhood" — a YouTube series about Oakland, Bay Area communities, and what's actually happening in the places we call home. Because the best buyers and sellers are informed ones.
